With the deepening of rural reform, the relationship between the interests of thecountryside has undergone profound changes and adjustments, while rural hot and difficultproblems are increasing, due to conflict of interests of different subjects and grassrootspolitical problems of ecological deterioration caused mass incidents on the rise.
