Researches On Group Events

During last 30 years of chinese reform and opening-up, We have made great progress in the world,such as the Socialism with Chinese characteristics has made splendently achievements,national wealth has got remarkable increase,democracy has moved to maturity,institution of law has evolved perfactly,market-oriented economy has created outstanding miracle,cultural has developed prosperously.However,China now is going throught a wide-ranging and deep-going transformation,social structure has become more and more unstable,especially the frequent outbreak of group events in the recent years bring strong impact to our socialist modernization.lt needs us to reevalute the view of social stablity and rethink our governance of all levels of government,combining with these changes.As the Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China says,we must"Improve social management and safeguard social stability and unity",which is that our party reinterpret and orientate "Social Development with the Focus on Improving People's Livelihood" in the new historical conditions,and which is also our party and government adjust the future work focus.The reason of Our party and government pay great attention to harmonious society construction work,I think,is the frequent occurrances and more and more special characteristics affect social stability seriously. Nowadays,Many domestic experts, scholars and officials try their best to discuss the causes and solutions of group events from theory and pracite,and they have summed up a lot of useful lessons.This essay adheres to the theory of Maxism and the theoretical innovation achievements of Sinicization of marxism, namely the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system,as a guide, refering to the newly research achievements and combining with social science's latest research results.Firstly,the article principly defines the concept and scope of group events and clears the research direction;secondly,the article analyses the cause and characters minutely,especially the special characters of group events in social transformation period;Lastly,the paper focuses on how to handle group events and how to construct the prevetion mechanism of group events,providing the local governments some practical means.
