The Reasons Analyzing And Countermeasures Researching On Group Events Of Guangdong Rural Society

Drove by Reform and Opening-up Policy, Guangdong has achieved tremendous success in economic and social construction, which push Guangdong into transformation from traditional society to modern society quickly. On the other hand, as ongoing reforms keep deepening, various contradictions that cumulated in the process of social developing come forth gradually by means of Group Event, especially in rural society, this kind of Event happen so frequently that it hoiks year after year, which result from the factors such as unbalanced developing between urban and rural areas, low extent of China's political systemized, absence of authority of some grassroot governments, limited institutional channel for peasant to express their intersts and vindicate their rights, etc. Group Events would directly endanger social stabilization and badly affect our grandiose goal of modernization, which requireas our immediate attention.In order to understand more about Group Events and reduce its probability of happening, on the basis of comparing and analyzing two Events that recently happened and taking reality and theoretical essences into account,this paper bring up six effectual measures to prevent Group Events of Guangdong area as below: (1)promote peasant's income by multiways and reconstruct the legitimacy of grassroot government; (2) reconstruct the authority of grassroot government and speed up construction of Service Government; (3) improve peasant's quality, and consolidate and widen their interest expression channels; (4) Expedite the Establishment of info collecting and processing mechanisms in rural area; (5) work hard to create a democratic and legal Society, leading peasants to vindicate their rights through legal approach; (6) make great efforts to cultivate a Civil Society, encourage and guide various kinds of Rural Cooperative Organization to establish and develop.Rural Group Events result from comprehensive function of multiple factors, which require multiple measures to cope with. But the most important point is to balance various interest relations that exist in rural society. It's an attempt of this paper to do a systematic research on Guangdong Rural Group Events, which aims at drawing attention from the academic circles on Group Events; also hopefully through this paper grassroot government's attentions to the interests of peasant stratum can be arosed and various contradictions can be coordinated properly so as to achieve good governance and social stabilization in rarul society.
