Demolition in nature is part of inevitable social activities in a country’s historicaldevelopment process. But, China, the world’s fastest-growing major economy has beeneagerly promoting the urbanization and the new rural construction initiatives over the pastthree decades. It is found difficult for the limited land space to supply enough resource for thenumerous construction projects undertaken each year. This has caused the intensifieddemolition conflict and brought in various society problems jeopardizing citizen’s legal rightsand interests, basic living condition, and human dignity. To the worst, people could lose theirlives. This has, to some degree, placed a negative impact on social harmony and creditbuilding efforts and may cause the public’s confidence melt down in the government. A veryserious social problem may arise from this.In this study, according to the sociology conflict theory, the use of sociological analysisthe root causes of demolition of conflict are the unequal possession of the land resources,interest group’s power to force deterrence, and unfair distribution of land development andutilization. If we ignore the inherent interests of demolition of conflict and not to hear thevoice of our citizens, it will not support but to hinder a healthy communication between thegovernment and the public, and to the worst, it will upgrade the conflict and inevitably forcethe grievances to a non-rational expression.This study focuses on analyzing the different historical backgrounds and social needs ofthe Chinese mainland house demolition. And exhibit the social phenomenon of current stageof contradictions in demolition with example. And then analyzes the causes of conflict in thecurrent social background. In view of the current problems that the third organizationsinvolved in and solve this problem. Through the third party organization concept, characteristics and development to analyze the unique advantages of third party in resolvingthe conflict of the demolition. At the last part, on the basis of the advantage of third partyorganizations in resolving contradictions demolition and proposed a third party to fullyparticipate in the diversification of the demolition, so as to realize the ultimate purpose ofsolve conflicts demolition contradictions.
