Due to the urban-rural dual structure andsystem related to land use right is not perfect, because a series of problems such asrural land use. Our country rural area in the base area exceeds bid badly, for example,a large number of "hollow village" phenomenon of inefficient use of resources, suchas breeding and recessive active farmers rights and interests suffer damage. And theseproblems will hinder the construction of new type of urbanization in our country.This paper consists of introduction and four chapters. Urbanization process inChina and the current problems of the land circulation in our country, through thedescription of the relationship to my hometown, on the basis of the research, analysisof the farmer cartilage base acceptance of the free market circulation for free marketcirculation of land reform to provide some reference and advice. This article firstexpounds the urbanization development in our country homestead free marketcirculation related to the contact and both influence each other, expounds thehistorical development of the land circulation process in our country, analysis of free market housing land use right transfer of risk between different subjects, in order tofind out the problems in the current our country land circulation.
