Study On The Farmland Circulation And Urbanization In Western China

The essence of farmland circulation is the reconfiguration of land resources,that is,the phenomenon and process of transferring various rights attached to the land by means of transaction.After the implementation of the reform in China,farmland circulation as a way to transfer land management rights to other farmers or economic organizations is an important approach to land intensive management and agricultural modernization.Urbanization is the development stage of urbanization,which means the rural population is concentrated on cities and towns,and transformed into urban residents.At the same time,it is accompanied by the process of increasing the number of cities and towns,expanding the scale,upgrading the industry and improving its functions.The current stage of our country is the construction of a new type of urbanization,which strengthens the urbanization of people and focuses on promoting the citizenization of migrant workers.There is an inherent relationship between farmland circulation and urbanization,which is complementary to each other.The circulation of farmland can providelabor,development funds and some construction land for cities and towns,which is conducive to expand domestic demand and promote the development of urbanization.The urbanization is feeding back the development of agriculture,absorbing the factors of rural production and promoting the integration of urban and rural development.The coordinated development of farmland circulation and urbanization is of great significance to the complete construction of a well-off society in the western region.This paper uses the method of literature research to summarize the relevant documents and theories of farmland circulation and urbanization,and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis about the relationship between the two.And then carries out a questionnairesurvey on 320 migrant workers in X Town,Hancheng City,Shaanxi Province.The collected data are analyzed by descriptive analysis and correlation analysis.Finally,through the establishment of logit model and ordered logit model,this paper explores the influencing factors of farmland circulation and urbanization and verifies that the relationship between them is mutually reinforcing.On this basis,this paper puts forward four countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of farmland circulation and urbanization in Western China: promote the circulation of rural land in an orderly manner according to law,help the migrant workers in the west to make preparations for urban development,the western towns should energetically absorb the local migrant workers,the western government should help farmland circulation and urbanization.It has certain reference value for the implementation of farmland transfer and urbanization in the western region.This article has made an innovative attempt,concentrating on the analysis of the internal relationship between the farmland circulation and urbanization in western China.
