Farmer' Land Rights And Interests Protection System Research In The New Urbanization Process

Urbanization refers to a change process that the growing number of towns and urban scale is increasing of a country. We could know that urbanization is one the most important ways to solve the problems of the farmers and the agriculture from ?The National new urbanization plan(2014-2020)?. A new type of urbanization is a concept for the traditional urbanization. Peasant problem is the core of the problem of the farmer rights and interests, but the most concentrated reflection of the problem of the farmer rights and interests is the problem of farmers' land rights and interests. The problem of the losing of the farmers' land rights and interests is a big difficult problem in the urbanization process, and the voice of requires strengthening to protect farmers' land property rights is more and more high, academics also discussed the problem of farmer's land rights and interests from different areas positively.This study combined the literature analysis, comparative analysis is adopted to farmers' land rights and interests protection system in China systematically combing the content in this field, the land expropriation system, farmland circulation system, the rural collective construction land market, farmers' land rights and interests of multiple dispute resolution mechanism in areas such as put forward its own views, deduction and induction, the combination of integrating theory with practice.This article main research results are: first, how to better play to the role of the protection of the rights and interests of land subject; Second, how to improve the system of land expropriation, land circulation system, the system of rural collective ownership and other related system; Third, how to establish a perfect legal system of rural collective construction land market related; Fourth, how to set up and improve the farmers' land rights and interests protection of multiple dispute resolution mechanism.
