Study On Development Strategy For G2C E-Government In Zhaoqing

China is in a transition from industrial society to informatization society while information revolution has swept around the world, led by modern information technology such as internet, cloud computing, networking and so on. In the process of implementing administrative activities of modern government, Zhaoqing focuses on public trust power and social management affairs. As electronic government has profoundly affected various fields of national economy in the globe, changes of Zhaoqing’s electronic government shall also affect future development in the fields of policy, system, society, technology and so on, thereby creating conditions favorable to the reconstruction of modern G2C electronic government administration mode and information development during the course of promoting reform of administrative system.The thesis is composed of five parts, which are introduction, relevant concepts and basic mode of electronic government, present situation of Zhaoqing G2C electronic government, problems and analysis, and measures to improve Zhaoqing’s electronic government. The paper systematically expounds on the development of Zhaoqing G2C electronic government, guide by Lasswell’s theory of network politics ingredient, Kano model, SOA architecture and so on. And a targeted, feasible and systematic strategy study is made in the thesis to improve the development of Zhaoqing G2C electronic government.
