Research On The Optimization Of Government Electronic Documents Management In China

In recent years, driven in the rapid development of information technology and government departments to vigorously advocate energy conservation and emissions reduction, the construction of e-government develops rapidly.The update of traditional business between government departments, mainly through the electronic documents transfers, that is carried out in a paperless office progress. Government electronic documents is the core information resources of government departments,which records departments at all levels to implement process. However, the present situation of the management of electronic documents, the majority of government departments have not fully aware of the importance of electronic documents,there are drawbacks in the file management and application. The city of hulunbeir is the national minority areas in west China, and its economic and social development is relatively backward, compared with the developed eastern areas.By reason that the city of hulunbeir has the lack of sufficient attention to the electronic documents and there are some deficiencies in the management and preservation, Therefore, whether the scientific management of the government electronic files, they are authentic, complete and available, which is the main objective of our study. This paper is integrated multi research achievements, actively learnd from the advanced experience at home and abroad, researched status and problems in this region of electronic file management from theory and practice, and based on the situation of China and the world of experience to analyze the reasons, to strive to promote the city of hulunbeir development of electronic document management.
