In recent years, rural community construction becomes a big concern of the society as an important content of forming a scientific outlook on development and building a harmonious socialist society. China Gradually raises the idea of promoting rural community development, which makes all regions carry out the experimental work around the rural community building. Wenzhou has launched a large-scale township zoning adjustment. This promotes population concentration, optimizes the allocation of public resources in rural areas, balances development of public services, it also has very important significance in accelerating the pace of urbanization. Anyhow Wenzhou Harmonious rural community is still in the exploratory stage, there is no formation of mature model and experience. Especially Wenzhou has the problems of rural type of complication and large differences in the level of large urban-rural integration, which make the difficulties and problems faced by communities in rural areas relatively more harmonious. Based on the above considerations, the paper, based in Wenzhou area, empirical studies conducted harmonious rural communities.
