Study On The Construction Of New Rural Instructors In Wenzhou

The appointment of instructors is the most direct and grounded way to strengthen the Party's work of building a new socialist countryside.The new rural construction instructor is an important force to take root actively in the front line,guide the work of the "two committees" of the village,serve the masses attentively,and unite and lead the village cadres and Party members and masses to carry out all kinds of work well.It is directly related to the smooth realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Wenzhou has achieved remarkable results in the construction of new countryside and theconstruction of new countryside instructor team.After long-term exploration,Wenzhou mode has gradually formed,which has been highly concerned and affirmed by the leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.In the construction of instructors in new country side,Wenzhou has mainly taken measures to strengthen the sense of "responsibility in me",play the role of "red leading" fortress,strengthen the assistance of dispatched units,and create a working atmosphere of striving for excellence,which has played an effective role.Through the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,interviews and other research methods,using the relevant theories of public management and based on the concrete practice of Wenzhou,this paper analyses the current situation of the instructors of new rural construction in Wenzhou,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and from strengthening the responsibility,strengthening the implementation and improving the thinking.It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on establishing responsibility system for safeguard work,increasing financial support,strengthening leadership and supervision,enhancing management and supervision level,and perfecting mechanism of selecting,communicating,supervising and coordinating evaluation.
