Research On Community Grid Management In Lucheng District Of Wenzhou

Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of china, social harmony and stability has become the current hot topic, the happiness index of ascension is widespread concern. Social management innovation is the basic way to serve the masses and grass roots, with the continuous development of urban construction, application and development of Community Grid Management of exploration and practice, the innovation of social management practice has proved that community gridded management has great significance for the residents to increase happiness. At the same time, the current city community gridded management to carry out theoretical research, of the government’s promotion of grid management mode to provide decision-making reference, a theoretical exploration significance in public and social management.Firstly, based on the research of predecessors, the article sums up the current situation of modern community management innovation and main methods, summarizes the concept, characteristics, operation process of the community gridded management, and arranges and interprets the new public management theory, the communication governance theory, the social management theory and so on. Secondly, because of the background of expansion in the office of streets in Lucheng District on 2011, the article based on the theoretical research which using research methods such as literature analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis method, field survey method, focuses on the grid management services to carry out research. And it summarizes Lucheng District Community gridded management achievements, problems and the main practices. The paper which takes the form of interview and questionnaire survey in Baxianlou community, carries on the contrast to the implementation of the old and the new community management method. It believes that grid management is to explore the practice of serving the masses of work, and shortens the distance between the government and the masses, and has great significance to improve government credibility. We should continue to explore in depth the application of grid management in the community, and continue to promote. Finally, this paper proposes feasible countermeasures on the existing problems in the management of community, draw the conclusion that the grid management can better adapt to the modern community management and improve the level of community management.
