In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s e-commerce, online shoppingthis new consumption patterns are also showing a booming trend. Since online shopping withconvenient, fast, low-cost advantages, consumers will be able to buy homes worldwide floodof goods, this new shopping experience quickly conquered many consumers. However, thenetwork of repeated fraud, the frequent occurrence of flood events such as false advertising,allowing consumers to enjoy the convenience of online shopping has brought great time,equity has also been a serious infringement of unprecedented Institute.Grasp the real, adequate information is correct consumers shop premise and guarantee.Online shopping in between consumers and operators of information asymmetry is the basiccause of consumer rights and interests of victims. With respect to network consumers,network operators have a huge information advantage, access to information resources is themost abundant first-hand, so by the network operators to provide information directly toonline consumers, is to improve the status of an information asymmetry species most directand economical means to establish an online product information disclosure obligationssystem operators is not only necessary, but also feasible.
