During the period from2010January to August,,17suicides occurred in succession infoxconn group.This event which is called "serial jump" by media, resulting13Dead4injured in the tragedy, caused widespread concern. In recent years, the "serial jump" publicdiscussion has gradually subsided, but people’s concernment about the reasons behind thesuicides did never stop. After analyzed integrity of a large number of suicides, sociologistEmile Durkheim Advocated that the main cause of suicides is the social factors,instead ofthe the personal factors. On the foxconn suicide incidents, the true causes behind theparticularity is very complicated. People often predisposed take the employee’s ownpsychological factors as the main reason, and that there is a psychological phenomenonnamed "infectious". Through the analysis we can find that suicides due not purely topsychological reasons,and the premise of "infected" model is similar social experiences andlife situation. Therefore,the social factors exactly caused the incidents,include the industrialtransformation of the country, production mode of the enterprise,and the weak position ofworkers in labor relations.Foxconn’s industry status symbol of the victory of the multinational global expansion ofcapital, but the "benefit maximization" extreme profit-seeking tendency, has led to the seriousviolation of human rights. Foxconn group is relatively standardized enterprise in processingenterprises in China, but still exists such a great problem about labor’s rights. One of thereasons is the conflict between the nature of capital profit and the protection of human rightsvalue.The purpose of the expansion of global capital is to maximize the promote thedevelopment of economy and trade, which is the same of the owners of the assets to pursuitthe maximizing profits. To complete the construction and implementation of the labor rightsprotection,may lead to profit decrease, and runs counter to the interests of the value ofbusiness. The labor rights of China frequently been violated, runs with a certaindegree of economic development which caused by comparative advantage oflow labor cost. It did develop labor alienation morphology and workers’ bargaining powergets lower in the Foxconn special management mode.The works’ losing the fundamental rights Long work hours, no security work environment, broken social network forexamples, lead to the hardness of seeking effective relief channels.The fact of human rights violations at foxconn factories, as a prism,reflects the humanrights protection situation in many enterprises. The purpose of this paper is taking foxconnas an example, to justify the necessity of the human rights protection by Enterprises.Compared with enterprises and the country which supports capital,the laborer is in a weakposition,and their rights often get abused.Therefore,people urge enterprises to protect humanrights. At the same time, for the enterprise, the respect for labor rights will make its benefit.Countries with high Industrialized experience has shown that the respect for labor rights canbring economic returns and benefits. Therefore, the the guarantee of human rights byenterprises is not only necessary and feasible.
