China Foundation Credibility Analysis And Countermeasure Research

In recent years, the problem of credibility in Chinese foundations are increasingly prominent, it has gradually evolved into the society focus. In order to restore the public trust and promote the development of foundation sustaining and stabilized, deep analysis the present situation and influence factors of Chinese foundation credibility has very important practical significance.The paper combes the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the connotation of the credibility, three-fair principles, the study on improving the credibility and credibility evaluation system, then defines the foundation’s credibility. This paper combines with interviews and questionnaire survey’s results that pointed out the problem of foundation credibility in China, and has carried on the deep analysis on the reasons, this is pointed out the direction in order to build foundation credibility’s evaluation system. Through the questionnaire survey and expert panel, this paper builds a credibility evaluation system for the foundation, and adopt Principal Component Analysis to determine the weights of indexes. From the perspective of openness, fairness and justice, the paper summaries21affecting factors of the foundation credibility. The paper selects D foundation in Beijing as the empirical analysis, uses the evaluation system of the foundation and adoptes the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to assessment the credibility, and further does the study on the current situation and problems of D foundation, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing foundation’s credibility.
