Research Of E-government Construction Of Inner Mongolia Aohan Electronic From The Angle Of Public Service Theory

Information technology and Internet technology has changed people’sproduction and life style of today, China’s e-government has also obtainedthe development and the practice of government management, a face ofmultiple pressure to reform themselves, on the other hand the developmentof e-government also provides ways and ideas for the innovation of publicadministration, electronic E-government has become the new way ofgovernment services, network tools and convenient for the government todevelop e-government system, grid management and online serviceprovides the convenience, at the same time, the local government ismainly for the base layer the masses to carry out the work, work iscomplicated, management scope, application of electronic governmentaffairs, can effectively reduce the working pressure, improve servicequality, promote openness in government affairs, thus intensify theimplementation of e-government, make it a breakthrough of governmentreform in the new era, will become the focus of the work of thegovernment.The rapid development of electronic government has put forwardhigher requirements for the administration of local government, in the faceof more rapid transmission of information and more direct communicationwith the public service platform, the local government must speed up thetransformation of its functions, and improve the service level, focus on thepracticality and services. This article conducts the research from the publicservice theory, the use of new public service theory, governance and goodgovernance theory as the analysis tool, should strengthen the exchange ofinformation between the government and the citizens, to promote theconstruction and development of e-government, government localgovernment website development, let the citizen participation in decision-making, enhance social responsibility, pay attention to publicdemand, and by oriented transformation of functions, the right to thepeople, so that the power structure of the government reconstruction,clarify the function system of the government, restricting administrativepower from the source, to promote the transformation of governmentfunctions.Aohan Qi is the local government of the Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion, the development path of Aohan banner of e-government, toprovide some references for the construction of local government inminority areas. In this paper, through "the example for the construction ofe-government" Aohan banner, the use of comparative analysis and caseanalysis, combining theory with practice, discussed the effect on theproblems in the process of building the e-government website constructionservice type government, carries on the elaboration to the existence ofAohan e-government status and the reasons for the problems from theperspective of public service theory, put forward suggestions for theimprovement of e-government Aohan banner.
