The Present Situation, Questions And Measures Research Of China's Public Service For E-government

Through studying and profiting from the Western scholar about the public service for E-government theory as well as the domestic scholar's research theory achievement in this area, the essay explores systematically current situation to construct the public service for E-government in our country. Embarked from promoter action to E-government contributed to the public service, analyzes E-government's construction and its important meaning to establish the service government, furtherly, cleared the meaning of public service for E-government, and studied establishment of public service for E-government services system in our country.Based on great search and the case study, the author introduced the development and present situation of developed country's public service for E-government, analyzed its procedure and characteristic of these countries, and from that, summarized the useful experience which may supply to use for reference. Finally, embarked from present situation to the construction of public service for E-government in our country, the author analyzed existed problems and its insufficiency of public service for E-government, and profited from the overseas advanced experience, unified with condition of our country, propose further thoughts and its countermeasure.
