Combined with the position of some States to protect their own agricultural products, technical barriers impede the import of products of other countries, thus strengthening the quality and safety of agricultural products quality will enhance our share of agricultural products in the international market. Quality safety of agricultural products related to people’s physical fitness as well as the country’s economic development. Law is an important means of adjusting the quality safety of agricultural products. Research on strengthening safety supervision legal system of agricultural products, the regulation and enhance the quality and safety of agricultural products is of great significance.
