Study On Investigation Methods Of Bribery Crime

As a criminal activity which causes a great negative impact in society, bribery crime has increasingly aroused people’s hatred. The current corruption phenomenon is showing a multiple posture. One outstanding performance is the endless emergence of bribery crime which cannot be efficiently cracked down. Currently, there are two major predicaments in the investigation of bribery crime. One is the weak basic service and the incomplete information network leading to the difficult discovery and few clues, then we cannot master the specific circumstances and the flow of the money involved of the multiple fields of investigation of bribery crime. The other is because of the limited investigation power and the less legal investigation measure, many clues cannot be verified and evidence cannot be fixed. Then how to solve the two major problems of bribery crime and improve investigation capacity? Basing on the reasons above, I conduct preliminary study in bribery crime investigation methods in this paper.In the perspective of information collection of bribery crime, the major purpose of this paper is to study bribery crime investigation methods, which consists of two questions. One is how to solve the problem of the difficult discovery of bribery crime through the construction of information network of duty crime. The other is how to solve the problem of the difficult verifying of clues through the applying of the investigation measure.According to logical order, the paper contains five parts to clarify problems of information collection and investigation measure of bribery crime.The first part is the overview of bribery crime, which illustrates the concept, feature and new trend of bribery crime and puts forward the study background of the paper.The second part is the inspection of bribery crime investigation method, which introduces foreign and ancient investigation systems available for reference and leads to my own study thought.The third part is putting forward my own basic thought about bribery crime, namely, clarifying the basic theoretical problems of bribery crime investigation which covers active investigation pattern, concept of investigation, etc., in order to lay the foundation for the study below.The fourth part is one priority of the whole paper, which illustrates the construction of information network of bribery crime investigation and collects crime information multi-dimensionally through institutional reorganization, platform set-up, proactive inspection office, etc.The fifth part is another priority of the paper, which studies the apply of investigation measure in bribery crime in order to improve investigation capacity and realize the goal of verifying clues through enlarging investigation power of inspection office and sufficiently using the established investigation measure for reference.
