Productivity decides production relations, the development of productive forces will inevitably result in production relations and the superstructure of change, this is an irrefutable laws of social development. Law as an important part of the superstructure is determined by the economic base, and ultimately depends on the productivity development level, therefore, the evolution of law is changing with the development of productivity, among them, the science and technology played a very important role. Civil juristic act system as a basic component of the civil law, has been the impact of the development of science and technology, which impedes the development of its function. At present the academic circles of civil juristic act system research more, points out the disadvantages existing in the current system of civil juristic act, and put forward the corresponding constructive opinion and the suggestion, but most scholars put a focus in the study of civil juristic act system in system building and intention two aspects, under the background of the rapid development of science and technology of the whole system of legal act a lack of enough attention, the progress of science and technology’s influence on the civil legal act system is obvious, is necessary from the perspective of the civil juristic act system. Therefore the author, based on previous theoretical results, using the method of historical research, comparative research, in order to influence the progress of science and technology to the traditional civil juristic act system this Angle in-depth study on the system as a whole, from the three elements of civil juristic act system, form and effect, to perform, agent, quasi civil juristic act six aspects to discuss the influence of science and technology of the system at the same time put forward the views on how to perfect the system.
