Modern science and technology center (MSTC), i.e. modern science and technology theme park. It regards modern science and technology as the theme. It is a modern tourism destination which collects a great deal of amusement, recreation and service facilities. It is also a special way for education of science and technology. The planning of projects is important for moudling the image of MSTC and its promotion of appeal.On the basis of the research of MSTC and its projects planning at home and abroad, the thesis Utilizes the result of the questionnaires of Shanghai MSTC, analyses the main problems existing in the projects planning of domestic MSTC and introduces the theory of Simulacrum and Consumer Psychology to support the projects planning of MSTC. Then combining the projects planning of Nanjing Teen-age Science and Technology Center, put forward the planning principles, strategy and the theme. In addition, considering the different ages of the tourists, divide the inside area which concentrates most simulacrum projects into five parts.At last, according to the alalyse of the tourists market and the psychology of the tourists, advance the tactics of marketing.
