Decision To Enhance The Capacity Issues Leading Cadres

With the rapid development of our economy and the arriving of the economicglobalization, as well as the information age, the government needs to graduallyincrease the decision-making of the occasion, and related factors that influencegovernment decisions are constantly changing. Decision-making ability is one of thebasic ability to a new era of leading cadres should have ability to make decisions anddecisions directly affect the effectiveness and success of the decision-makingactivities. However, China is in the construction of the main characteristics of thesocialist countries in the process, often encounter a variety of serious problems andchallenges, which requires national leadership cadres not only be able to accurately,quickly and effectively make decisions and do decisions must be close to reality, caneffectively solve the problem. So, with the current situation of China’s nationalconditions and the actual development, depending on the current situation of decision-making ability of leading cadres, to further enhance and strengthen the leadershipcadres to study the decision-making capacity issues, and the establishment of leadingcadres to improve decision-making ability with Chinese characteristics relevanttheoretical system becomes necessary.This study, divided into five parts.
