Research On Ideological And Moral Education Problems And Countermeasures Of Migrant Workers’ Children

As the number of this group has increased year by year, their education problem has aroused the concern of the people more, in recent years, the state has staged a series of policies on migrant children, so that their face "entrance" problem has been solved, but for the entrance after learned how they could afford to we continue to pay attention and study. For example, in the process of education fairness, between them and defined the minors fusion quality problems, their behavior and moral and legal consciousness, these are for our country the construction of a harmonious society and the minors’ ideological and moral education put forward higher requirements, but also for a new challenge to the current research of ideological and moral education.This article selects the tianjin city as the research investigation, mainly by the marxism about person’s full scale development theory, social learning theory of moral education, social identity theory and the related theory of moral education. For trailing minor children of migrant workers ideological and moral education problems take reference methods such as literature and questionnaire, the data from the detailed analysis and finishing, so that a more objective and comprehensive understanding, can more deeply explore their ideological and moral education the reasons of the problems, and on this basis to improve the trailing minor children of migrant workers thought personal character, puts forward some Suggestions and strategies aimed at the all-round development of the group and advances some Suggestions on the construction of a harmonious society. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction of this article, the main topic of this writing background, significance, domestic and foreign research review, research methods and innovations.
