The Study Of The Application Of Case Quality Evaluation System In Basic People’s Court

Justice and efficiency are the eternal theme in current judicial work. People’s court should take the Organic unity of all the effect from society politics, and law into the political duty. In order to implement the theme and duty, many attempts and exploration have been put into practice. Thus, the application of case quality evaluation system has been introduced into juridical practice gradually. The evaluation system of case quality refers to that based on the need of court’s management; the mechanism will structure the index of judicial work in reality. By evaluation means of objective assessment of three aspects justice, efficiency and effectiveness, the mechanism will use quantitative method to evaluate the quality and efficiency of judicial personnel.The adoption of case quality evaluation system go through from immature to mature, rarely known by people to attracting public attention, and become the essential. Support to judicial work. It also mediates and guide the operation of judicatory. Besides this, it is undoubted the case quality evaluation system plays positive effect. However, some index in the system overemphasize the surface impact lack the practical meaning, thus, our trial causes some problem.From the perspective of Tian Jin Nan Kai District, this article analysis the data come from existing problem and the21terms of index in case quality evaluation system, and propose the modification and improvement comments. In order to be helpful to build and perfect thescientific and rational case quality evaluation system.The article divides into five chapters. Chapter One, as introduction, is to introduce the relevant concepts of adoption of case quality evaluation system in basic people’s court. Chapter Two is to explain the historical development and current status of case quality evaluation system in base people’s court. Chapter Three is to specifically analysis the problem exists in adoption process of the system, and state the index data from justice, effectiveness and efficiency.
