In this paper, using the method of four for the management of drug users in our country’s experience for reference, based on the analysis of the current situation of the drug users in China, analyses the current management measures to help drug users return to society, the present situation and existing problems, and by drawing from various areas successful management practice of drug users return to society, from the treatment mode, education institutions, dynamic control, drug-free communities to establish implementation patterns and aspects to establish the management of drug users return to society, measures are put forward.
