Research On The Drug Situation And Management Of Drug Users In Hunan Province

Since the implementation of Reform and Opening-up in 1978,the drug crime in China is showing a more sustainable growth among the dry bones,becoming an increasingly serious social problem.As an important node of drug transit,Hunan Province is one of the harder-hit area of drugs.In 2015,the number of registered drug users in Hunan reached to 3013 thousand,accounting for 0.41 of the total population and ranking 6th in the whole country.Under this circumstance,it is an important issue for social stability and development to manage the drug users effectively.Based on the Social Ecological System Theory,this paper collected the related forum posts posted by drug users.By analyzing the main obstacle drug users may had during the whole process from drug prevention,detoxification treatment to return to society,this article aimed to seeking the effective management method for drug users,from the perspective of the practical problems encountered.Therefore,this article is of great theoretic and practical value.Through the analysis of materials selected and the present situations of drug use in Hunan Province,this article explored the main difficulties in the management of drug users from the multiple perspectives from the macro to exterior environment.And several relative suggestions were provided,including strengthening the personnel's own construction,inhancing the punishment of industry environment atmosphere,promoting the management mechanism of drug addicts and accelerating the change publics hold on drug uses.
