Research On Civil-Military Integration Development In China From The Perspective Of Collaborative Innovation

Civil-military integration is at the highest level of defense construction into the national economic and social development in the system. And often reflects a country’s national defense construction level of science and technology and the level of organizational capability, the country’s most elite scientific research and production of power requires a lot of investment. Civil-military integration development cannot leave PIUI, such as learning in total under the condition of limited resources, however, need PIUI to enhance the depth of the civil-military integration development. The third plenary session of the18《The central committee of the communist party of China on several major issues comprehensively deepen reform》 put forward to promote civil-military integration depth development. This article from the perspective of "PIUI" collaborative innovation to discuss the problem that the civil-military integration depth development of our country.Based on the civil-military integration at home and abroad for reference, in the " PIUI "of collaborative innovation on the basis of research results, combined with China’s military and civilian integration development and the status quo, to explore China’s military and civilian integration in the deficiency of "PIUI" collaborative innovation and improvement measures.
