Small property is a binary system of land to a certain period of product development in the legal perspective, it does not exist in law. The reason has been called small property, but also to distinguish it from ordinary commercial housing, it is called. In fact, the legal experts discuss their fiery reason is that small property needs are numerous, can not deny that it is reasonable.
