Corruption is considered to be the most important influencing factors of China’s political stability. This paper takes the personnel corruption risk prevention and treatment as the main breakthrough point., through the methods such as questionnaire and interview, analyze the existing problems and corruption risk of local government departments and personnel administration management, the targeted prevention and control measures are proposed by combining with the actual situation proposed, so as to promote the local government corruption prevention and control work, which has provide a positive empirical reference for the research on the micro political science in our country.
