The prevention and control of the risk of incorruptible government is an important link in the construction of anti corruption and punishment system and the realization of the source governance by means of system,technology and culture.It is an important means to realize the self supervision of the party and the state and the full embodiment of the courage of the Communist Party of China.With the deepening of the reform of the state supervision system and the struggle against corruption,the importance of the construction of the anti-corruption risk prevention and control system is becoming more and more important,and there are still a lot of space for the promotion of the anti-corruption risk prevention and control work.By combing the concept and theoretical basis of risk prevention and control,this paper draws the basic principles and methods that need to be paid attention to.Several representative countries and domestic advanced areas are selected to inspect their practices in anti-corruption practice,especially in the system of anti-corruption,legal anti-corruption and technology anti-corruption,and fully absorb the advanced experience of preventing and controlling the risk of corruption at home and abroad.Taking the prefecture level city government as the breakthrough point,this article investigates the concrete practice of the eighteen major risk prevention and control measures of Taizhou County in Jiangsu province from the middle level.This paper points out the general and general problems in the field of risk prevention and control at the grass-roots level in our country at the present time,such as the unrealized full coverage in the field of risk prevention and control of honest and clean government,the unbalance of propelling force,the lack of professional effectiveness and the imperfect system and mechanism,and thus from the aspects of system construction,technology construction and cultural construction.The countermeasures and suggestions are to strengthen the construction of the rule of law,the construction of responsibility system,the construction of the team and the construction of the system mechanism,strengthen the organization and leadership,adhere to the local conditions and promote the exploration and innovation,and provide the samples and ideas for the local government to carry out the risk prevention and control of the Incorrupt Government in the future.
