Nowadays the society is an era of globalization which is the political, economic and cultural in various fields. In the globalization trend of the fields are intertwined, and the cultural exchange and conflicts in the field of the increasingly frequent, and the resulting disputes and conflict of ideology culture construction has been badly needed attention and solution. Today as the world’s largest socialist country, China has not only spilt but also communication with western countries in the field of ideology for a long time. To solve disputes and conflicts ideologically, as effective means, the ideological and political education is facing tremendous difficulties and challenges. Meanwhile,the carrier in culture construction has become an important measure of expanding ideological and political education in the new period. Therefore, to explore, to research the construction of the ideological and political education and cultural carrier, has important theoretical significance and practical value.Early Period(1949-1956) of the People’s Republic of China is important to social development. The Party’s ideological and political education in promoting social change plays an important role in running smoothly. Among these, the appropriate using of cultural carrier function obtained great playing on ideological and political education, which made the whole society present a good cultural environment and a thriving situation.Based on the reference and absorption on the basis of existing research results at internal and external, and on the theoretical guidance of Marxism, adhere to a basic rule of the development of ideological and political education, and the history of the communist party of China in the early days after foundation of historical and social conditions as the basis. This paper of the title is the "carrier of ideological and political education in the early days after foundation of culture research", and analyze the intrinsic relation, ideological and political education and culture on the basis of this expound some basic theory of ideological and political cultural carrier, which is mainly to explore the cultural carrier in the early years of the founding of the concrete application situation and the major achievements in the cultural carrier.
