The Study Of Urban Management’s Humanization Law Enforcement In The "People Oriented" Context

In recent years, urban management and law enforcement agencies were concerned by more and more people because of the "violence". Humanization law enforcement as a response to the people oriented concept of the rule of law and a means to solve the dilemma became the focus of urban management and law enforcement. As the only county-level reform pilot of the general administrative Law-enforcing in Zhejiang Province, Yiwu has been actively practicing in humanization law enforcement and accumulatied lots of experience. This paper will take Yiwu’s practice as an example, to analyze whether humanization law enforcement plays an important role in changing the image and promote the work of urban management and try to find the factors which influence the effect of humanized law enforcement. Finally provide reference for the reform of administrative law enforcement system wich including urban management system reform.
