Research On Violent Anti-French Events In Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement

As a grassroots urban management law enforcement officer,the author has often been exposed to different levels of violent anti-law incidents in the process of law enforcement.In addition,in recent years,major media reports have reported more and more violent anti-law incidents across the country.The current weak position of urban management law enforcement personnel.Based on the author's actual work experience,this paper uses the typical cases of violent resistance against law in the process of urban management law enforcement throughout the country as the research data,and uses data analysis and other methods to organically combine research and practice to propose urban management.The solution to the problem of violent resistance to law in administrative law enforcement.This article aims to enrich the theoretical and practical results of urban management law enforcement and violent anti-law research,so that the public can pay more attention to urban management law enforcement personnel and the masses.The current creation of a people-oriented service-oriented government also urgently needs to improve the current urban management law enforcement.The status quo,the construction of service-oriented urban management.The text innovation point further distinguishes a large number of theoretical researches on the current violent anti-law issues in urban administrative administrative law enforcement from the current academic circles.From the aspects of legislation,law enforcement,economics,and public opinion,it explores the causes of analysis problems and proposes countermeasures.However,due to the focus of case studies and analysis in this paper,the literature review in the theoretical part,especially in the social work field,is relatively weak.
