Research On The Problem Of Well-being Of Land-lost Farmers

Along with the prompt transformation of socio-economic structure and the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,a large number of rural collective land has been requisitioned,which leads to a large number of Land-Lost farmer.When Land-Lost farmers lost their land,they also lost living and pension security which the land brings,they have to face and bear various pressure which comes from life,culture,employment and so on,which has a direct influence on the level of their well-being.In recent years,under the background of construction of “Happy China”,the problem of Land-lost Farmers’ Well-being is striking in material life,spiritual life,employment system,land requisition system,social security system,residential environmentd and so on.To solve properly the problem of Land-lost Farmers’ well-being,It is not only related the social harmony and stability,but also related to the realization of “Happy China” and “Chinese Dream”.This paper analyzes scientifically the connotation of the happiness from the perspective of Marxist philosophy,which deepens the understanding of Marxism about happiness.This paper analyzes deeply the factors influencing the Land-lost Farmers’ well-being with the happiness of Marxism as the theoretical basis from the realistic problem of Land-lost Farmers’ well-being. It has important theoretical significance for promoting the development of happiness of Marxism in China,but also has important practical significance for the construction of harmonious society andthe realization of people’s happiness dream.The full text is divided into five parts:the first part mainly introduces the theoretical studies of the theory of happiness and the problem of Land-Lost farmers’ sense of happiness by various national and international scholar.The second part profoundly discusses related concepts of Land-lost Farmers’ sense of happiness,the scientific connotation of happiness of Marxism and the development of the happiness of Marxism in China.The third part analyzes the present situation of Land-Lost Farmers’ well-being by questionnaire survey of Land-Lost Farmers’ well-being in Jiyuan,Henan.It comes to conclusion:the degree of well-being of Land-lost Farmers’ material life is high;the degree of well-being of Land-lost Farmers’ spiritual life is general;low degree of well-being on employment and social security;lower degree of well-being in the government work, the land expropriation system and living environment.The gender has no effect on Land-lost Farmers’ well-being;age,marriage,education degree and monthly income have the influence on Land-lost Farmers’ well-being.The fourth part analyses factors that influence Land-Lost Farmers’ well-being by applying the happiness of the Marxism.It includes:spiritual and cultural needs is not fully satisfied;employment and social security system is imperfect;land expropriation system has drawbacks;the quality of residential environment is falling.The fifth part puts forward constructive paths under the guidance of the happiness of the Marxism.It includes:meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of Land-Lost Farmers;improving employment and social security system and land acquisition system;improving the living environment quality of the Land-Lost Farmers.
