Research On The Happiness Of Land-lost Farmers In Nanchang Airport Economic Zone

In the process of industrialization,especially in the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization,the conversion of farmers' agricultural land into non-agricultural land is inevitable.The expansion of urban space will inevitably occupy the suburban agricultural land,resulting in land-lost farmers,affecting the production and life of farmers.The principal domestic contradiction has been transformed into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's growing needs for a better life.It is of great significance to study the happiness of land-lost farmers in the new era.Happiness is a compound concpt of subjective and multivariate.In order to measure it accurately,this study constructed a set of index system.Including life satisfaction,living environment,income security,happiness confidence,social environment,healthy life six indicators,22 secondary indicators.Survey data shows that the overall happiness of landless farmers in Nanchang airport economic zone is not high.There are some differences in happiness across the dimensions.Specifically,the happiness of healthy life,income security and living environment are relatively higher,while the happiness of social environment,life satisfaction and happiness confidence are relatively lower.Nanchang airport economic zone land-lost farmers feel the happiness of their level of basic personal statusfamily situation,policy support,identity,community environment,living conditions.The higher the education level of land-lost farmers,the higher the happiness;The older the land-lost farmers are,the lower their happiness is.The happiness of land-lost farmers whose families are harmonious is higher than that of land-lost farmers whose families are not harmonious.The happiness of married land-lost farmers is higher than that of other married land-lost farmers.The lower the debt of land-lost farmers,the higher the happiness.The happiness of land-lost farmers with social security is higher than that of land-lost farmers without social security.The happiness of land-lost farmers who support and agree with the government policy is higher than that of land-lost farmers who do not support and agree with the government policy.The happiness of land-lost farmers with good living environment is higher than that of people with bad living environment,and the happiness of land-lost farmers with good living conditions is higher than that of land-lost farmers with bad living conditions.Based on these findings,it is suggested to strengthen the training of land-lost farmers and improve their employability.Improve the social security system to ensure the quality of life of land-lost farmers;To promote the reform of land expropriation compensation mechanism and strengthen policy consensus;Improve the living environment and quality of life of land-lost farmers;Promote industrial development,accelerate the improvement of people's livelihood and other aspects to enhance the happiness of the lost farmers in Nanchang airport economic zone.
