Study On The Principle Of Freedom Of Marriage In The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region

On the base of existing research,the article tries to expound the principle of freedom of marriage in several stages in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region during the Anti-Japanese War. By using the method of comparative analysis, the writer investigates the cause of the change and the development of the principle of freedom of marriage in the border region government during the Anti-Japanese War. Also using a large number of examples, to demonstrate the implementation of the principle of freedom of marriage is influenced by the social environment and the social contradictions, according to the radical- conservative- rational direction of development. These are the innovation of this article.On the base of analyzing the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region aspects such as politics, economy, culture, military, the article demonstrates the evolution of the principle of the freedom of marriage in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region.
