Employment is the people’s livelihood, employment issues related to sustained economic development and social harmony and stability. In this paper, the Northwest’s largest textile industry base ‐ the textile city of Xi’an as the study area, tens of thousands of jobs in the textile city of hardship in the number of "zero‐employment families" as the object of study, a comprehensive analysis and empirical research using a combination of methods, integrated use of the basic theory of the four different disciplines of management, economics, criminology and sociology, etc., through case studies, from the "crime" and "victim" two perspectives highlighted a "zero‐employment families" social risks Active, passive and "crime family" and other forms of practical factors from both social and psychological factors and analyzes the causes of social risk.
