The Analysis Of Youth Group’s Impact On The Society And Its Countermeasures In Chinese Transformation Period

Social stability and national rectification are one of the political goals ofpast dynasties to realize since the ancient times.Social stability is particularlyimportant for Chinese society in the transitional period.Based on the backgroundof social stability in china in the transitional period, this article will focus on theanalysis of the youth group in this special historical period, including thecharacteristics, the survival state of the youth group, the dilemma and anxietythat is coming on the way.On the premise of fully grasp the relationship betweenthe youth groups and social stability, this paper will analyze that the youth ’simportance and necessity for the social stability.On this basis and thebackground of the transitional period in china，we will summarize the reasons ofthe youth’s dilemma and anxiety so as to solve the problems faced by youthgroups in the best way, to promote the social stability, to ensure the safety ofChina through the transition period, to realize the great rejuvenation of theChinese nation, and to realize “The Chinese Dream”.The transformation of Chinese society is a major problem put forward forthe social stability.Social transformation refers to the process of transformation from traditional society to modern society. Specifically it is from agriculture,countryside, closed semi-closed traditional society, to the industrial, urban, openthe transformation of modern society.Social stability refers to that the differentparts of the society as well as the system between various systems, coordinateand promote each other between different levels in the process of present adynamic balance. Therefore, social stability is of great significance for nationaldevelopment and prosperity.This article embarks from the social stability duringthe transitional period and will mainly study the youth’s survival condition,countermeasures and the impact of youth groups on social stability.The virtuous development of the youth group is the guarantee of nationalprosperity.In the Marxist view of youth, the youth group is the generation withan explosive power, most active and positive. They are the future and hope ofour country.The youth group has a very strong ability of accepting, absorbing,digesting, and recreating.But at the same time, they are lack of the practical andimpressive ability to resist setback, and young people are facing great pressureto survive.For the youth group in the china society of transitional period, theyare facing great pressure, which contains the employment, marriage, housing,supporting the elderly and social mentality loss, etc.Through above contentanalysis, we propose the following measures, which are targeted and feasible.This paper will provide scientific theory guidance for youth groups, providesocial atmosphere for the development of youth groups, reduce social risk foryouth development, set up the mechanism of psychological counseling and improve the social adaptation ability of youths and then positively feedback tothe society.Well equipped youths lead to a powerful country. In this paper, the systemanalysis obtained by SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions), based onthe survey data obtained by practical investigation, points out that the youth’ssurvival state, the sources of survival pressure and its correspondingsolutions.Through the accurate grasp of the young survival state, the author willset about from three aspects——the state, the society and the youth,to solve theyoung survival pressure and put forward some effective and feasible measuresand countermeasures.
