Study On Minority Dispersed Urban Ethnic Work In Social Transformation Period In China

China is a unified multinational country, minorities had a population of100million, the national autonomous areas were more than6million squarekilometers.China has always attached importance to national problems and nationalwork. Long practice in the construction, reform, social development, my country hasalways been ethnic problems of Marxist national theory with China’s specific reality,out of the article conforms to China’s national conditions, have the right way ofsolving national problems with Chinese characteristics.But with the constantdeepening of reform and opening up and development of socialist market economy,deepening social modernization of China, China’s shift from traditional to modernsociety, in the period of social transformation, new characteristics of urban ethnicrelations in China, urban ethnic work in new situation.To ensure national workeffectively in the new era, it must be adjusted in environment of China’s socialtransformation period national work, to address the conditions of the urban ethnicrelations in the new period and urban ethnic development status.Based on this paperthrough literature research, part of comparative research and data analysis, analysison particularity of China’s social transition period, based on the social background,study the current plight of the urban ethnic work have faced and will face, andproposed countermeasures.Paper is divided into five chapters：Preamble to the first chapter is, mainly on thesis research on the significance,status quo, research methods, innovations and shortcomings.Chapter II mainly on basic theory and China’s social transformation period ofsociety transformation period baseline. Social transformation refers to the socialprocess of transformation from one type to another type, not only in thetransformation of content in social transformation period in China, power,particularity and the process, and accompanied by a social imbalance, disorder anddisorder problems.Chapter mainly on urban ethnic work is facing some difficulties in socialtransition period.
