The in-depth development of economic globalization, the world is becoming a unit and the countries are in a state of "interdependence", therefore the dynamic of one of them indeed can affect the whole world. The international community is demanding more and more the citizen’s right to know, and national policy transparency, which must be seriously looked at and safeguarded. The duty of the countries is to earnestly fulfill this responsibility.After the 9/11 incident the "Freedom Agenda" was implemented at great speed, but is this policy granting what it was meant to grant? As America demands more transparency for its counterparts, how does it really behave? Whats the actual gap between what it says and what it does? How does America deal with diplomacy?The Wikileaks leaked cables give us answers, which are worth of a deeper thinking and research. It is accounted as the biggest secret documents leaking in history, and certainly provoked the wrath of Washington, as well as a diplomatic crisis.The target of this work is through the leaked cables analyze American diplomacy, specially the ones related to the Arab world, Russia, China and the European Union.
