In recent years, the rise of network diplomacy and its rapid development caused a lot of nationalattention, it gradually affect diplomatic relations between the countries and become the darling of thenew period of national diplomacy. The United States as the birthplace of the advanced networktechnology is sparing no effort to promote the network diplomacy. The U.S. network diplomacy hasbeen achieved to the diplomatic strategy building and implementation from the early attention one-government network diplomatic.In this paper, case studies, literature analysis method are used to summarize and analysis the U.S.network diplomatic strategy. That is, in the co-ordination on the basis of the U.S. government, society,and market. The United States through to follow the form of its public diplomacy and ideologicalforeign policy, and combine the two international operating as the U.S. network diplomatic strategy.Under this mechanism, the U.S. government gradually from the set of diplomatic institutions,regulations and the Articles of Association to the network to develop in a positive reform to cope withnetwork diplomatic strategy, to greet the arrival of the era of network diplomacy. Since Obama tookoffice, the United States foreign policy has been adjusted in order to improve the country’s image. TheObama administration take the network diplomacy carried out as the critical task of the new government,and continue to refine and improve the network diplomacy. During the Obama administration, theUnited States has gradually formed from the network diplomatic strategy formulation andimplementation to the network’s foreign architecture increasingly complete network diplomacy system.This is different from the traditional diplomatic style has a remarkable record for the United Statesdiplomacy and became the States learning template in today’s information era. Of course, it also broughtto the Chinese Ministry of Foreign challenge and inspiration.
