As the cell of city, the community construction and development plays an important role in the progress of the city. And the community democracy development is of great significance for the construction of socialist democratic politics and the building of a harmonious socialist society. Deliberative democracy is one of the important forms of democracy in our country, so we should make it widely used in the grass roots.
