Research On The Practice Of Deliberative Democracy In The Governance Of Urban Communities In My Country

In recent years,as an important part of urban community governance,deliberative democracy has received attention and attention from all walks of life.Community consultation and democratic governance are in line with the needs of modern community governance practice.All provinces and cities are actively carrying out pilot work on deliberative democracy in community governance.,and achieved good results,there have been many examples of community-based deliberative democracy.This paper takes the practice development of the consultative democratic governance of Jing Er Road community in Jinan as a case study,analyzes the dilemma faced by the development of deliberative democracy in urban community governance,and proposes countermeasures to further promote the construction of deliberative democracy in urban community governance in China.In this respect,we study the practice of deliberative democracy in urban community governance and provide a benchmark for the long-term development of deliberative democracy in urban communities in China.This paper first summarizes the domestic and international research status of deliberative democracy and community governance,and the research ideas and research methods of this thesis.Theoretically,it expounds the emergence,development and practice of community-based deliberative democracy.It uses community governance theory and deliberative democracy theory as the basis of theoretical research,and uses comparative research and case studies.Secondly,the exploration and development of the deliberative democracy in the community governance of Jing Er Road in Jinan City is the main research object,focusing on the platform for deliberative democratic governance--the civil affairs council,the content of deliberative democracy and the "three-step six-step" characteristic mode of the community.The deliberative democratic procedure has carried out exploration and research,and at the same time summarized the practical achievements of the community in the process of deliberative democracy and selfgovernment.Thirdly,on the basis of summarizing the practical achievements obtained,combined with the direction of the 19 th National Congress on the direction of deliberative democracy and the complex development background of diversified development environment and diversified residents' demands,the in-depth analysis of the governance of Jing'er Road Community in Jinan The predicament of democratic development.Finally,an overview of the whole article,proposes countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the construction of deliberative democracy in urban community governance in China,and proposes improvements and enhancements to the normative and institutional nature of the use ofdeliberative democracy in community governance,and provides long-term deliberative democracy for urban communities in China.Development provides experience.Through the full text,the author combines the theory of deliberative democracy and the theory of deliberative democracy in the community management of the second road,and conducts a more in-depth study on the theory and practice of deliberative democracy in urban communities in China,which realizes the connection between theory and practice and promotes the theory enrichment and practical expansion.
