The Economic globalization is the objective trend in this world, most of the country’s politic, economy and culture are affected in it. In the financial system, the role of foreign banks is more and more important. The effect of foreign banks has two sides, it promote the rapid development of world economy, at the same time is also make the economic development much more risky. The fact prove that with the increase of number of foreign banks, its role is becoming much more necessary in international financial market. However, huge financial risk determines the industry must have a bubble period, the financial crisis in 2008 strongly illustrates this point.In this circumstance, people try to save this industry for make it better, So“how to better establish foreign banks regulation legal system” cause the strong attention of the international community.The thesis of mine’s content will start from the basic knowledge of foreign banks’ regulation legal system,then I will try to analysis the most important guidance, the Basel III. And I will introduce the Chinese foreign banks regulation legal system, trying to compare it with the Basel III, and finding defects on it.Finally, I will give my own advice in perfect Chinese foreign banks regulation legal system combining with international experiences and our national circumstances.
