Nowadays, the trend of financial integration has been strengthened, and the world economy is in a chain of state. After the 2008 financial crisis, the world's overall economic situation has become volatile, especially in Europe and the United States financial institutions have been questioned because of the regulatory system.Taking this as the background, the Basel Committee adopted the Basel accord in 2010.The Committee hopes to control the international risk of the debt crisis in new ways.But the agreement on the bank's control becomes more stringent, so it also leads to the voice of the banks' discontent.Although China didn't suffer much in the financial crisis, however, the "commercial bank capital management measures"(Trial) also known as the Chinese version of the Basel Agreement ? is still the implementation of a more stringent regulatory regime. With prudent regulatory principles, leverage and capital adequacy ratio are higher than international standards, but also shortens t he transition period.In other words, the pressure on banks in China may be greater.In this paper, through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the system of foreign banks in China, the appropriate reference to the regulatory experience of other countries, and puts forward suggestions to improve the system of foreign banks in China. This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background of Basel Protocol ? and the core content of the protocol, and compares with the old Basel.The second chapter introduces the system of the supervision of foreign banks in other countries, and analyzes the impact of Basel ? in the countries.The third chapter analyses the development situation of foreign banks in China,and summarizes the supervision system of foreign banks in China.The fourth chapter introduces the changes of the supervision of foreign capitalbanks in China after adopting the Basel accord and analyzes the disadvantages of the supervision.At last, I make a few points on improving the supervisory system of foreign banks in China in the fifth chapter.
