Study On Promoting Sino-Korea Cooperation Based On Strategic Cooperative Partnership

This paper analyzes the current situation, mutual benefit and existing problems of the China and South Korea cooperation, through reviewing the development of China-ROK strategic cooperative partnership, and further discusses the trend and some specific areas of China-ROK strategic cooperation, combined with some cooperation opportunity and platform which can promote China and South Korea cooperation. In the end of the article puts forward recommendations and prospects for the future strategic cooperation of the two countries, deeply from two aspects:the government’s macroscopic level and enterprise’s micro level, so as to promote the development of the strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries, to promote realize the stable and long-term strategic cooperation between the two countries.Under the Strategic cooperative partnership, the cooperation of China and South Korea has made a series of achievements in politics, economy, culture, security, and so on, it also has a good mutual benefit for geographical cultural advantage and many years of cooperation. But China and South Korea cooperation still exists some problems, which needs to further advance.Discussing the future strategic cooperation areas, this paper suggests that China and South Korea should establish china-south Korea FTA as soon as possible, make full use of the platform provided by the G20and Bo’ao Forum for Asia, in the future China and South Korea should strengthen cooperation in such fields as cultural exchanges, china-south Korea FTA, local currency settlement, the DPRK nuclear issue, and environmental problem.Finally, this article puts forward the proposal to strengthen cooperation, on government level from the political mutual trust and open dialogue, cultural exchanges and open education, Common open and utilization of ocean, security and environmental cooperation, promote the FTA bilateral negotiations and accelerate the realization of local currency settlement, on enterprise level from the enterprise communication and priority open the pilot, industrial cooperation and areas, technology transfer and protection and the establishment of china-south Korea circular economy demonstration base.
