Strategic Partnership Between The European Union And P.R. China In The 21^st Century

The European union is not an international organization like the U.N.,and is not a government meant to replace national governments.UE is stronger than an organization and less predominant than a government.Its role is to support national governments in areas in which common action of all the governments of the EU member states is more efficient than if those states would act on their own.The EU is unique.It is an international organization which was founded by national governments as a way in which you can call to agree on some common actions in certain specific areas.These areas are those areas in which the political view is best for the EU countries to work together,rather than individually.China's foreign policy principles are devoted to promote world peace,development and international cooperation.EU has always been a good partner for China in all areas;such as politics,economics,culture.The bridge that can be built between the two of them can be as high as one can imagine.Every year the economic growth of both China and European Union can be visible to the entire world.China is investing heavily in the European countries;and also each European country is settling collaborations with China.The purpose of this thesis is to show the potential of the collaboration between the European Union and China.This thesis is analyzing the present situation in the 21 century to predict future strategic partnership.More and more programs are developed between the two partners,and the friendship resulted from the political,economical and cultural discussions is unbreakable.One approach to the general problem of partnership between the EU and China is to examine the changing scope and scale of the partnership.The China-EU strategic partnership is a concept with different interpretations.China emphasizes the general,overall and long-term framework that could keep bilateral relations stable and healthy,while the EU stresses substance and concrete results over vague principles and nominal definitions.The result is one partnership with two approaches.
