The Analysis Of Moral Construction In China During The Period Of Comprehensively Deepening Reforms

The 3rd Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee put forward a brand new idea of deepening the reform as well as approved a decision on "major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reforms", which marks China has entered a period of deepen reform in an all-round way. Great efforts have achieved in the cause of pursuing socialism with Chinese characteristics while pressure and challenges have came around. From moral grounds alone, the socialist moral construction has made great achievements and the performance of our moral is positive, up forward. While stepping into a new era, the moral construction faced new difficulties. The phenomenon of downward sliding and lack of moral standard have occurred, negative news such as "Migrant worker set himself on fire when is unpaid", "Little Yueyue", "Guo Meimei", "Star with drug issues". Trench oil events, poisoned rice in food security area, corruption, the exchange of privilege for sex, the exchange of privilege for money, and all the above events bring adversely impact on the whole society. The moral baseline has eroded and an increasing number of people participate in the argument and discussion about the status quo. On the other side, the worry and the anger people showed for the current moral situation illustrate their concerns about our socialism moral construction. The decision approved in the 6ed Plenary Session of 17th CPC Central Committee clearly emphasized to further strengthen socialism moral construction, which reflects the will of the people. Therefore, to evaluate the moral situation from a rational vision, find and address the issue is of vital importance.Based on the current domestic and foreign research results at the same time starts from the general basic concept and with in-depth analysis, this paper gives a clear explanation of the performance of moral disorder in a dozen years and shows that to address this issue, we have to rely on the relevance theory of Marx doctrine about socialism moral construction., explore the specific theory and approaches about moral construction during China’s comprehensively deepening reforms.The whole paper is consisting of five parts, the main contents are as follows:Introduction. This part introduces the immoral phenomenon occurred in the process of moral construction, which has became the obstacle during the period of comprehensively deepening reforms. According to the current research, the introduction points out that in the process of discussion, this paper mainly applied various research methods, such as comprehensive comparative method, theory with practice, system of law etc. Through these methods, this paper intends to propose corresponding strategy and measures to solve the problems of moral disorder in China’s comprehensively deepening reforms.The first chapter describes the meaning and the feature of deepen reform and moral anomie respectively, which illustrates that our country is entering a new area that all the causes of socialism is surging ahead in an around way, all the constructions advance side by side, all the interests are satisfied and maximized.Chapter two, the current situation of moral construction. This part advocates the positive affect of our current morals and the phenomenon of moral anomie. The moral construction has developed rapidly accordingly while certain immoral appearance exist in some fields. In this part will list all of it and analysis combined With reality, aims to find the origin and Provide the basis to deal with and put an end to this phenomenon.Chapter three, the cause of moral anomie. To governance and solve moral anomie phenomenon fundamentally, one must find out the reason of its existence. This chapter discusses the cause of moral anomie from macroscopic and microscopic aspects:in the macro level, we can solve the problem from the following three aspects:the material basis of market economy, the legal system that Reflects the will of the state, and the external mechanism and the variety of people’s value and idea. In the micro level, the causes are analysis from the moral education to the social members, school education, family education and the subject education, which providing a basis for the management suggestions in the next chapter.Chapter four, the solutions of moral anomie. To abolish polarization by developing material, adapt moral construction to economic basis and virtually eliminate moral anomie. Eliminate the external environment by continually complete and perfect the relative system. Guide the social members to establish rational value orientation by maintain the dominant position of Socialist core values as well as take diversified values into account, therefore eliminate the spiritual source of moral anomie. After all, the above views aim to remove all possible obstacles in the moral construction causes. Moral construction not only affects the development of the nation but also endowed a new era meaning. Only by continuing in-depth development of moral construction, can China change from a big to a great country.
