Study On The Reform And Perfection Of Comprehensive Transportation

The paper consists of 3 sections apart from introduction and conclusion.According to this institution,firstly,this article will analysis the concept of comprehensive transportation,developing situation and the significance of comprehensive transportation in China.Secondly,from two dimensions,horizontal and longitudinal,it will talk all the reform and perfection about the comprehensive transportation.Lastly,the article combing the two aspects of common law and private law.a comprehensive legal system for integrated transportation of goods will be established and will in turn promote the sustainable development of integrated transport of goods in China.This article is divided into four chapters,the content is as follows:The first charter is about the analysis and definition of comprehensive transportation,while analyzing about the difference between comprehensive and other concepts in practice.The second charter does research on comprehensive transportation of management law and comprehensive transportation of civil law,while analyzing water transportation,road transportation,air transportation and railway transportation.The third charter focus on foreign comprehensive transportation and summarizes the legislative features of the Rotterd am Rules,analyze the reforms of its several important institution changes and innovations and their potential influences on the interests of related take holders.The forth charter does research on the provision of domestic law and regulations,as well as some international conventions about comprehensive transport of goods,which are enforced in China.
