The rural land property is important to the survival of farmers, land as farmers important capital, however, failed to play a role, in order to arouse the rural land capital "sleeping", rural land approval registration work is in full swing in our country. Since 2010, our country in the middle of the no.1 files for reference to our country rural land approval registration work.18 the third plenary session of the proposed include will comprehensively deepen reform, deepen the reform of rural land and rural land right verification is the key step in the deepening the reform of rural land registration. Since 2010, our country began to explore rural property rights counterpoising truly registration agencies, so far our country still has not completed across the country, the difficulty cans be imagined, combined with our country on March 1,2015 implementation of the "provisional regulations on real estate registration, which has placed on rural land to the scope of registration, including collective ownership of land, cultivated land, woodland, grassland, the right to the contracted management of land use rights, etc. Rural land approval register work uniform registration completes the cohesion, and real estate even more great the difficulty of rural land approval to register. Therefore, the author hopes that by combing counterpoising truly rural land registration existence predicament, to summarize and put forward the suggestion to solve the rural land approval to register.This paper is divided into five parts to study our country’s rural land approval to register. The first part is the introduction, the author expounds by means of a case, caused the consideration of rural land approval to register, in order to draw out the main problems in this paper, namely rural land approval registration problems. The second part of the system of rural land right verification are introduced registration related theoretical issues, convenient understanding of rural land approval to register, which mainly illustrates the nature of the rural land registration, the scope of the rural land registration of rural land registration and that the relationship between rural property rights counterpoising truly. The third part has analyzed our country rural land approval to register the necessity and feasibility analysis.
